1. How do I make a cleaning appointment?

Simply click the 'GET FREE QUOTE' button and fill out the form truthfully, and we will email you within 24 hours with your estimated quote. If you like the price, we'll email you our service agreement along with the finalized invoice to confirm your appointment. 

2. What's the next step after I book?

You will receive a confirmation email that outlines the services you booked and the appointment time. Please review this email to verify all the information is correct.

3. Do I need a Deep Clean?

We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months. You can find more information about our Deep Clean on our Services page.

4. Are there any services you don't offer?

While we offer a wide range of cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not also do work that will require us to use a ladder, mold, bio hazards, pet waste and insect or rodent problems, move outs, evictions, hoarders. 5. Do you offer a Guarantee?

We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can re-evaluate to make sure were not done due to your guests who stayed in the property. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We must be provided at least 48 hours in the event we agree we should come back.

6. Is Sandra Sparkling Services insured?

Yes, we are! To obtain proof of insurance, you can email us at support@sandrasparklinservices.com and we'll send you our current documentation.

7. How many hours is a typical cleaning service?

There is no set amount of time - it all depends on the current condition and size of your property but we always tell our customers to give us a 4 hour window for standard clean, up to 6 hours for a detailed clean & 8 hours for a deep clean to make sure we do everything right and your guests are satisfied. 

8. When will I be charged?

When you book request your quote online, we will email you the service agreement along with the invoice & 50% of the quote will be required in order to secure your appointment. However, if your property requires more work than what you booked, you will be notified, and a new invoice will be generated and emailed to you, which payment will be due immediately before we get started. If you deny the upgrade package, we will continue with your original service but we will not be held responsible if your guests are NOT happy and leave you a bad review. 

9. What is your cancellation policy?

We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 24 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours there is a $50 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment it is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel with the cleaner when they get to the property or we are locked out or denied access, the full price will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS.

10. Are we pet friendly?

Yes, we are, just make sure you add the pet fee as we need to come prepared with the right equipment to deal with the pet hair. All that we ask is that your pet is kept in a secure location as some pets can be aggressive towards strangers.
